This offering will study Constitutional law and the Bill of Rights as they directly relate to the powers and the limitations of both federal and state law enforcement officers. Current judicial case histories are studied so as to better understand the changes in enforcement policies. The judicial process is reviewed from time of arrest, arraignment, pre-trial, and trial procedure to the final determination of the case. Group 2 course.
